Transforming Through Presence
(online)
A space to slow down, turn inward, and meet yourself with curiosity and care. These sessions are a guided form of self-inquiry — not therapy, and not just conversation with a friend, but a space of genuine exploration. Together, we look closely at what is unfolding in your life right now — whether you are navigating a decision, noticing a familiar pattern, or facing a challenge that feels hard to meet, we turn toward it together – with presence, respect, and understanding.
Our time together unfolds through active listening, reflective questions, and mirroring – gently reflecting back what I notice and sense as you speak. This creates a living dialogue, a process of inquiry where awareness deepens naturally and guidance emerges from within.
I often describe this work as “clearing conversations for daily life challenges.” Rather than fixing or offering solutions, we explore what’s underneath and allow clarity to come from your own experience. This approach can be deeply empowering, helping you reconnect with your inherent intelligence, untangle what keeps you stuck, and move through life with more ease, trust, and authenticity.
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
(in person and online)
SE is a gentle, body-oriented approach to healing trauma and stress, developed by Dr. Peter Levine.
In a session, we gently bring awareness to bodily sensations, allowing the nervous system to complete stuck survival responses and release unresolved tension. Through this process, the body naturally restores balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of safety.
Somatic Experiencing is suitable for:
processing and reducing stress
relieving anxiety and inner tension
calming the nervous system
improving sleep
resolving trauma from accidents, abuse and neglect
releasing physical blocks and chronic tension
enhancing body awareness
managing panic states
fostering a sense of safety in the body
recovery from burnout
reducing psychosomatic symptoms (e.g., pain without a clear cause)
processing suppressed emotions
increasing stability and resilience to stress
Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP)
(in person and online)
In today’s world, we often understand our emotions with the mind, but true transformation begins when the body is included.
ISP, developed by Dr. Raja Selvam, helps you regulate and embody emotions more fully. Instead of avoiding or suppressing what you feel, we gently expand the body’s capacity to stay present with emotional experience.
Through subtle awareness, breath, and movement, emotions can begin to flow through the whole body, promoting integration, healing, resilience, and a natural sense of wholeness.
By including the body in psychological work, old patterns can unwind, trauma can resolve, and a quiet inner peace can emerge. Suitable for anyone seeking deeper embodiment, emotional integration, or support in trauma healing.
Relational Work – Learning Love
(in person and online)
The Learning Love approach, developed by Dr. Thomas Trobe, invites us to bring awareness and compassion into the places where we feel most vulnerable in love and intimacy.
Many of us carry wounds of shame, fear, or abandonment that affect how we connect with others. Instead of trying to “fix” ourselves or our partners, this work helps us recognize and embrace these wounds with presence and understanding.
Through guided inquiry, body awareness, and honest communication, we begin to reclaim our capacity to love and be loved — not from dependency or defences, but from authenticity and trust.
It’s a beautiful process of healing the heart, learning to set healthy boundaries, and rediscovering the joy of being real — both with yourself and with another. Suitable for anyone longing for deeper connection, intimacy, and self-acceptance in relationships.
Star Sapphire – Male & Female Energy Work
(in person)
This work helps you become familiar with and explore your inner masculine and feminine energies, seeing your life through both perspectives. Creating a gentle dialogue between them cultivates self-awareness, emotional balance, and connection to your unique inner guidance.
IHB – Integrativ Holistic Bodywork
(in person)
I complement my psychosomatic consultation sessions with gentle manual bodywork, which helps release chronic tension, alleviate pain, and restore the organism’s natural balance. Through conscious and sensitive touch, the connective tissues (fascial network) undergo reorganization, allowing the body to return to natural harmony with gravity and move with greater ease and freedom.
This work supports recovery after injuries, surgeries, and long-term physical strain. It improves posture, movement coordination, and the overall sense of vitality. It also includes gentle and specialized scar work, as scars can be a source of tension, numbness, or discomfort. Conscious touch helps scars reintegrate into the surrounding tissue, restore natural sensitivity, and release the restrictions they may create.
This work is informed by principles from several bodywork modalities, especially ARUN Conscious Touch, Structural Integration (Rolfing), Shiatsu, Thai massage, and Craniosacral Therapy. These modalities are applied with sensitivity and always adapted to the individual needs and current condition of each person.
A full session lasts approximately 80–90 minutes.
The aim is not to “fix” the body, but to create the conditions in which the body can restore its natural balance. The result is a greater sense of ease, stability, and a deeper connection with one’s own body.
