Conscious Relating: A Practice of Love and Intimacy

A Series of 3 Evening Workshops

6:00–9:00 PM October 13 · November 12 · December 3rd

Do you long for deeper intimacy, but feel unsure how to truly connect? Do conversations with your partner leave you feeling misunderstood or distant? Do you sense the potential for greater depth and growth, but don’t know how to access it?

If these and similar questions resonate, we invite you to join a series of three evenings designed for individuals and couples who wish to explore authentic intimacy and conscious relating.

What if the key to deeper connection is not found in fixing your partner or solving external problems, but in turning inward—toward your own experience? In this shift, relationship becomes a mirror: a living space where you can meet yourself more fully, and from there, meet the other with openness, curiosity, and presence.

Themes of the Evenings

Opening to Intimacy Gently recognizing and softening the protective patterns that guard the heart.

Shadows of Love Exploring the hidden aspects we bring into relationship—and learning to meet them with awareness and acceptance.

The Alchemy of Love and Consciousness Integrating presence, embodiment, and heart to allow a more alive and conscious connection to emerge.

How We Work

Through guided self-inquiry, breathwork, meditation, and experiential teaching, we explore how we open, close, and protect ourselves in relationship—and how awareness itself can become a doorway to transformation.

Partner exercises offer a space to meet yourself and others with honesty and presence, moving beyond habitual patterns of fear or defense. As attention turns inward, layers of tension begin to soften, making space for a deeper sense of connection, authenticity, and ease.

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about rediscovering the natural qualities of love, presence, and aliveness that are already here.

✨ Come as you are. ✨ Leave more connected, inspired and alive.

Coming home to Essence
Retreat for the turn of the year

27.–31. December 2026 | Center Nesmen, Czech Republic
8 500 CZK (including food and accommodation)

Between Christmas and New Year, a transitional threshold arrives as the world around us slows down. We invite you to dedicate this time to yourself—to step into a deeper space and rhythm, reflect on what this past year has brought you, and anchor clear, embodied intentions for the year ahead.

These days will be a journey into your Essence—the inner space where we all share qualities like trust, strength, peace, creativity, and joy. Ancient Sufi teachings refer to the Essence as Latifa, which translates to “something subtle.” Together, we will move, breathe, meditate, and inquire in precisely this gentle way, supporting both depth and ease.

Central to our time together is Essence work—a direct, experiential pathway to connecting with your innermost being beyond roles and stories. You will be guided through a process to sense into your essential qualities, explore what this past year has taught you at the level of your being, and clarify what you wish to invite into the year ahead.

Through active and silent meditations, breathwork, self-inquiry, and movement practices, you are supported in stepping out of the constant loop of thoughts in the head and dropping into the pure aliveness of the present moment.

Opening to Intimacy

Somatic Exploration of Vulnerability, Connection and Safety

9.–11. April 2027 | Osho Shangri La Center, Czech Republic
… CZK (including food and accommodation)

What changes in intimacy when you can remain present with yourself?

Intimacy begins within us – in sensing our own body, feelings, and sensations. Relationships are a profound source of joy in our lives, but also a great challenge. They reveal our longing for closeness, as well as the protective patterns and stereotypes through which we withdraw or lose ourselves in contact with another.

This weekend offers a safe frame to playfully explore intimacy as a living, embodied experience. Whether you join individually or as a couple, the workshop invites you to slow down, deepen your sensitivity, and reconnect with what matters most to you in relationships.

Why Join?

No one taught us how to open up to intimacy. This weekend bridges theory, direct experience, and integration – drawing from ancient wisdom traditions, modern psychology, and trauma-informed approaches.

What You Can Expect:

  • Theory and Understanding: Nervous system mapping, defensive mechanism patterns, and relationship dynamics.
  • Experiential Practice: Somatic exercises, work with masculine and feminine polarity, and exploring new ways of relating in real time.
  • Integration and Grounding: Meditation and mindfulness to help you fully absorb and anchor your experiences.

We will work with breathwork therapy, movement, emotional release techniques, nervous system regulation, boundary exploration, and self-inquiry – all within a sensitively guided and respectful space.

How This Weekend Supports You:

  • Deepen contact with your body, senses, and authenticity.
  • Gain practical tools for self-awareness and self-reflection.
  • Gain insight into your relationship patterns and automatic reactions that hold you back.
  • Learn to consciously navigate closeness, distance, and personal boundaries.
  • Reconnect with tenderness, care, and aliveness in your life.

Who Is This Seminar For?

Everyone. You do not need to be in a relationship or navigating a crisis. This weekend is a unique opportunity to explore and get to know yourself – which is the true foundation for healthy, fulfilling relationships with others.

Awareness Intensive
Awakening of Being

28. August – 1. September 2027 Centrum Osho Shangri La

Awareness Intensive is a deep, four-day residential retreat. It is carefully structured to enable a direct experience of your true Self—beyond the stories, beliefs, and images created by the mind.

Through self-inquiry in dyads working with the koans “Who am I?” and “Who is in?”, you are invited to turn your attention inward and explore the unfolding of your own consciousness. In presence, moment by moment, this is a journey toward a living, immediate experience of oneself.

This combination of Zen practice and modern communication techniques creates a powerful tool for self-exploration and inner transformation. It is neither therapy nor an attempt to change your personality. Rather, it is a direct insight into that which lies beyond thoughts, emotions, and roles.

Within this direct awareness, the possibility opens up for a vivid experience of your own essence—whole, present, and beyond all conditions.

Active meditations and individual sessions with facilitators support the entire process, providing space to integrate the experience you gain.

Why attend this retreat?

  • Experience a direct encounter with your Being
  • Discover the abiding presence of your true Self
  • Learn the art of truthful communication and deep listening
  • Recognize your uniqueness, potential, and inner strength
  • Rest in deep inner peace—even in the midst of turbulent emotions
