1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between the service provider and clients using the services offered through the website magnificent-being.com and participating in individual sessions, massages, workshops, events, and retreats.
By using this website and booking any services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Nature of services
The services offered are focused on personal growth, bodywork, emotional and spiritual support.
They do not constitute medical care, psychotherapy, or any other health service.
They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and are not intended to diagnose or treat health conditions.

4. Booking and reservations
Services can be booked via the contact form on the website, by e‑mail, or by phone.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after it has been accepted and confirmed by us (for example by a confirmation e‑mail).
In some cases, an advance payment may be required; this will always be clearly stated in the description of the specific event or communicated individually.

5. Prices and payment
Current prices of services are listed on the website or agreed individually.
Payment is made either in advance by bank transfer or in cash on site, as agreed.
The provider is not a VAT payer under Czech law.

6. Cancellations and no‑show
Individual sessions can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time, by e‑mail or phone.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, or if you do not show up without notice, a fee of up to 100% of the session price may be charged.
For workshops, events, and retreats, special cancellation conditions may apply (for example, a non‑refundable deposit after a certain date); these will always be specified in the description of the particular event.

7. Client responsibility
You are fully responsible for your physical and mental condition and for your decision to participate in sessions or events.
You are obliged to inform us about any health limitations that may affect your participation.
The provider is not liable for any damage resulting from withholding information about your health or from not following recommendations.

8. Provider’s responsibility
The provider undertakes to offer services with care, professionalism, and within the scope of her training and experience.
However, no specific outcome or change can be guaranteed, as the process always depends on mutual cooperation and your own active involvement.

9. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this website.
We recommend that you read it before booking any services.

10. Copyright
The content of this website, texts, materials, and any resources provided during sessions, workshops, or online programs are protected by copyright.
They may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent of the provider.

11. Final provisions
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
The provider reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time; the current version is always published on the website.
These Terms & Conditions are valid from April 19, 2026.
